We at Dolly Ts hold your privacy sacred. What information we gather concerning your order, questions, or comments are kept private, unless you specify otherwise. We will not share your information without your approval with anyone, for any reason, except by court order. If you have any questions concerning this policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Copyrighted, trade marked or registered logos, wording or materials that are shown or used in products on this web site, are used with the permission of the owning/registering persons or organizations. If you wish to purchase a product customized to your specification that contains copyrighted, trademarked or registered content, you must indicate that you either own the copyright, trademark or registration, or that you have thePayments
All payments are in USD only, by
Paypal, credit card (via PayPal only) money orders,
checks (US only) or International Money orders. Please remit payment
within 7 days of purchase.
Shipping
We ship, using the method indicated
by the customer, as soon as possible after the order is received.
T-shirts and similar items normally ship next business day. Jewelry
items are usually made to order and may take a day or two to complete.
These items ship as soon a possible. If there are delays, we will notify
the customer
and we are happy to provide shipping notification emails to our
customers.<p>o<p> Insurance is a buyer's option on all purchases. It is
up to the buyer to file any claims, per the shipping companies rules,
for any items that may be lost or damaged in shipping. We are happy to
provide any information needed in filing a claim. Pictures of damaged
packages and/or contents always help with claims. We pack items with the
intent of protecting your purchases from the sometimes savage handling
of the postal and shipping companies...but even the best packaging can
be overcome on occasion, and items sometimes are lost regardless of the
best intentions of shipping companies!
Note to International Customers: We will not be responsible for lost mail in your country. We will ship your order via US Postal Service either Air Mail International (no insurance is available for this mail class & is at your own risk) or via Priority Mail (insurance is included in this rate). Please note that the shipping amount on your invoice is an estimate. Please contact us for actual shipping rates.
Returns
All sales are final except in unusual circumstances and returns will be handled on a case by case basis. Please contact us before returning any items.
Disputes
Please give us the opportunity to work with you in the unlikely event a dispute should arise. We will do our best to work with you to resolve any problems quickly and to the satisfaction of both parties.
